Recall that on May 31 in Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyi, the Kyiv region, patrol policemen Ivan Prykhodko and Volodymyr Petrovets in state of alcohol intoxication and off work were shooting metal cans and other objects, not far from the place where 5-year-old Kyrylo Tlyavov walked. The boy was wounded in his head and on June 3 he died at the hospital in Kyiv.
