In the combat area in the Donbas from 00.01 am, Kyiv time, on July 21, 2019, a truce regime was established throughout the demarcation line. This was agreed during the negotiations in Minsk.
“Pursuant to the decision taken in Minsk during the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group, from 00.01 am, Kyiv time, on July 21, 2019, along the entire demarcation line in the area of the Joint Forces operation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions a “silence regime” is established, which provides for a mutual termination firing of all types of weapons,” the headquarters of the Joint Forces operation said.
At the same time, the headquarters noted that the units of the Joint Forces will “respond adequately” to enemy shelling in case the invaders violate the cease-fire regime.
Earlier it was reported that since the beginning of the day, July 20, the militants violated the cease-fire regime in the Donbas nine times. As a result of shelling one Ukrainian military was injured.
