Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree “On Some Measures to Improve Access of Individuals and Legal Entities to Electronic Services” and gave the Cabinet several tasks on ordering the work of state registers and online services.
“The decree provides for the introduction of a single web portal for e-services, where Ukrainians will be able to access information about themselves in state registers (for example, property, land, transport, taxes and income) and priority electronic state services,” the statement reads.
The decree provides for the implementation of electronic services related to the birth of a child (Malyatko project), registration of his place of residence, registration of an individual as a taxpayer at the first registration of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, checking the presence of driving liscence, etc.
The document provides for the first priority to conduct a full audit of the work of state registers. According to Presidential Advisor Mykhailo Fedorov, there are more than 350 state registers in Ukraine.
