The Pension Fund of Ukraine introduced the issuance of pensions through the web portal of electronic services “E-pension”. A free service involves the submission of documents for getting a pension remotely. This was stated by the chairman of the Pension Fund of Ukraine Yevheniy Kapinus during a press conference.
To use the service, you must register on the Pension Fund web portal with a signature. In your personal account, you need to fill out an online application and upload scanned copies of the necessary documents.
“You can use the electronic signature of almost all accredited key certification centres – that is, all existing versions of electronic signatures,” said Oleksandr Maletsky, director of the Department of Information Systems and Electronic Registers.
Consideration of the application lasts for 10 days. After that, the Pension Fund sends an SMS message about the issuance of a pension or the need to clarify the data.
