Rinat Akhmetov’s DTEK company made a pledge of UAH 10 million for the adviser to DTEK Shidenergo CEO Borys Lisovy, who is suspected of involvement in the loss of UAH 18.86 billion from the implemented Rotterdam + formula.

The Solomensky District Court of Kyiv has chosen a preventive measure for another suspect in the case of Rotterdam +  CEO of DTEK Network Ivan Gelyukh – in the form of a pledge of UAH 9.5 million and personal liabilities.

Prosecutors also confirmed that for another person involved in the case – Advisor to the Director of DTEK Vostenergo, Borys Lisovy – had already made a court-ordered bail of UAH 10 million.

NABU detectives, under the procedural guidance of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, have informed six people involved in the introduction of the so-called Rotterdam + formula, suspected of committing acts that resulted in 18.87 billion hryvnia losses to electricity consumers.
