The Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration was headed by Vitaliy Turynok. This is evidenced by the decree on the President’s website.
On September 6, Vitaliy Turynok was introduced by the first deputy chairman of the President’s Office, Serhiy Trofimov, in Zaporizhzhia.
“The Zaporizhzhia region should not remain without a reliable leader (…) This person has proven his ability to be a modern, operational and prudent leader,” Trofimov said during a meeting in the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration.
Vitaliy Turynok was born in 1973 in Zaporizhzhia. He studied at the Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy. Since 2003, he has worked in management positions at Rivne House Construction Complex, being one of its co-owners (67% share). Turynok also holds 50% of Intertrade (concrete production), 33% of West-Prom (wholesale of building materials, wood and sanitary equipment) and the same in Volynferrometal (renting and operating its own or rented real estate). All three enterprises are registered in Lutsk.
